Scope of responsibilities provided for in the Agreement between Resende Secretary of Education and Instituto Evolua, Mauá (signed on April 19, 2023)

Clause three - Obligatiions of the Resende's Department of Education
  • Execute the project under the agreed terms;
  • Be responsible for publicizing the project to the target audience and for planning actions in together with the NGO Instituto Evolua Mauá.
  • Indicate interlocutor/coordinator for the execution of the Work Plan;
  • Articulate with the NGO Instituto Evolua Mauá when there is a need for modifications and adjustments necessary for the proper development of the works;
  • Provide spaces in the chosen teaching units to carry out the proposed activities;
  • Appoint and make available a pedagogical content development team working at the Department, which will work with the NGO Instituto Evolua Mauá team in the construction of contents for students and teachers and training itineraries.
  • Articulate the partnership with the Municipal Department of the Environment for the elaboration, development and maintenance from the digital platform “School composting in Resende”
  • Choose or not to purchase printed content for schools at their own expense.
Clause four - Obligations of the Instituto Evolua Mauá
  1. Execute the project under the agreed terms;
  2. Be technically and financially responsible for:
  • Obtaining the resources to fulfill the work plan foreseen for the project School Composting in Resende;
  • Training of educators from the Municipal Department of Education;
  • Elaboration - together with the pedagogical team of the Department of Education and Environment - of the entire digital material used in activities;
  • Planning and development - together with the pedagogical team of the Department of Education - of the program content;
  • Development of the methodology and materials for evaluating the results of the project, in collaboration with with the pedagogical team of the Department of Education;
  • Supervision of activities and search for solutions to problems related to the relationship between the project and the teaching units;
  • Keep registration information updated with the Department, immediately communicating any amendments to its articles of incorporation;
  • Keep in good order and keep all the original documents that prove the expenses incurred in the course of the agreement;
  • Be fully responsible for hiring and paying the personnel necessary for the execution of the services inherent to the activities of the executing institution, which remains solely responsible for the payment of the resulting social and labor charges, responding fully and exclusively, in court and out of court, exempting the City Hall/Department of Education from any obligations
   3. Indicate interlocutor/coordinator for the execution of the work plan;
   4. Articulate with the Department when there is a need for modifications and necessary adjustments for the good development of the works.
